                            MINUTES
Present:  Barry Horst - Chair, Charles Copp, Mike McDonnough
Also Present   Dan Monks - Zoning Administrator, Jim Sullivan, BCRC, Sharyn Brush
Meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
Discussion of Schedule for Town Plan Work Sessions and Public Hearings The Planning Commission agreed by consensus to begin the process of re-adopting the existing Town Plan, on a temporary basis, as work on revisions to the Town Plan will not be completed before the expiration of the existing Town Plan.  The Planning Commission directed the Planning Director to send out all necessary notices to begin the re-adoption process.  
The Planning Commission then discussed the schedule for completing revisions to the Town plan and the tentative public hearing schedule for adoption of the revised Town Plan.  The Planning Commission scheduled work sessions for April 13, 20 and 27.   The public hearing for adoption of the revised Town Plan was tentatively set for June 1, 2005.             
Other Business
The Planning Commission unanimously approved the minutes for the March 23, 2005
The Planning Commission discussed briefly the outcome of the April 5th vote on the Large Scale Retail Bylaw.
